2222KM/C3 bearing

2222KM/C3 bearing

Self-aligning ball bearings, with a tapered bore, have two rows of balls, a common sphered raceway in the outer ring and two deep uninterrupted raceway grooves in the inner ring. They are insensitive to angular misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing, which can be caused, for example, by shaft deflection. The tapered bore facilitates ease of mounting via adapter sleeves or withdrawal sleeves.

Products Description

Spherical roller bearing is a type of rolling bearing that can automatically adapt to the angle deviation between the shaft and the bearing seat (usually allowing 1 °~2.5 ° deviation). Its core features are as follows:

1. Automatic centering: compensates for installation errors or shaft bending.

-* * High Load Capacity * *: Drum shaped roller design, capable of withstanding heavy radial loads and bidirectional axial loads.

2. Applied to heavy-duty, vibration or difficult to align scenarios, such as metallurgical equipment, mining machinery, wind turbines, etc.

3. More resistant to deflection than tapered roller bearings and stronger load-bearing capacity than ball bearings.

4. Suitable for medium and low speed working conditions, requiring regular lubrication and maintenance
