We need to determine whether the bearing can continue to be used, mainly considering the mechanical performance, degree of damage, importance, operating conditions, and the period until the next maintenance of the bearing. Generally speaking, if there are several situations with a bearing, it should be replaced with a new one and cannot continue to be used.

1. There is rust and damage on the raceway surface and rolling elements.

2. There is a fracture on either the collar or the rolling element.

3. There are cracks or gaps on any of the inner ring, outer ring, rolling element, or cage.

4. The retainer is significantly worn or the rivets are significantly loose.

5. Significant discoloration caused by heat.

6. There is significant creep on the inner diameter surface or outer diameter surface of the micro bearing inner ring.

7. The bearings sealed with grease have obvious damage to the sealing ring or dust cover.

8. There are significant scratches on the rolling surface, blocking edges, and rolling elements.

9. There are serious indentations and marks on the raceway surface and rolling elements.
